A Level 2 Accredited Service Provider is authorised to work on the network side of your property: the service line, the point of attachment, metering and the connection itself. A general electrician is licensed for work inside the installation but cannot carry out that connection work.
Do I need a Level 2 electrician or a regular electrician?▼
If the work touches the supply from the street, the meter, the service fuse or the point of attachment, it is Level 2. If it is inside your switchboard or your home wiring, a licensed electrician can do it. Braytech covers both, so you do not have to work it out before calling.
